Oppo launches many good phones but the phones don’t always have a good price to performance ratio. They have built a strong brand name that helped them selling their phones well. Oppo today is one of the leading mobile brands in India and China. The company has lately been launching phones with good specifications that justify the price tag they come with. Continuing in setting this example is a phone launched today, the Oppo K3.

The phone is powered by the Snapdragon 710 mobile platform, which is one of the best chipsets for gaming in this price range, thanks to the Adreno 616 GPU and 6 GB of RAM. The back design of the phone looks inspired from the Oppo Reno. There is a dual camera setup present on the back, which is aligned vertically on the centre of the phone. It has 16 + 2 MP sensors, and the second sensor is for depth sensing. A 16 MP selfie camera elevates from the top of the phone, which is now becoming a trend in many phones launched or being launched this year.

Specifications:

On the front, the phone has a big 6.5-inch Full HD OLED display, which also houses an in display fingerprint sensor beneath it. The screen also supports DC dimming, which we’ve previously seen on flagships from Xiaomi, OnePlus and Meizu. Talking about the battery life of the phone, it features 3,765 mAh battery which also supports VOOC 3.0 fast charging via a Type C port. The phone runs on Color OS 6 on top of Android 9 Pie. The specifications of the phone are almost the same as the Realme X launched recently.

Oppo K3 comes in two memory variants, 6+64 GB and 8+128 GB. The former variant costs ¥1,599, and the latter costs ¥1,899. The phone is available in two colour options: Nebula Purple and Secret Black. Flash sale has already begun on the company’s official website and first 100 people to buy the phone will receive an immediate discount of ¥100. The phone is just available in China as of now, but it would also be made available in other countries soon!
