Oppo Reno4 Pro packs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G chipset, which is a capable processor if you are into gaming. The phone is coupled with 8GB of RAM and comes with 128/256 GB of onboard storage. In the display department, the Oppo Reno4 Pro comes with a 6.5 inches 1080 x 2400 pixels, 20:9 ratio, and 402 PPI density screen. The display has a protection of Corning Gorilla Glass 5 and comes with HDR10, 90Hz refresh rate, and 500 nits brightness.
The phone comes with Android 10 ColorOS 7.2 out of the box which features all the latest and greatest software features from Oppo. Coming to the camera, the phones is equipped with a quad-camera setup with 48 MP primary, 8MP ultrawide, 2MP depth, and 2MP macro sensor. For selfies, the phone has a 32 MP shooter. The rear camera is capable of shooting 4K@30fps and 1080p@30/60/120fps with gyro-EIS. Under the hood, a 4,000 mAh battery provides juice to the device. It supports Fast charging 65W which gives 60% in 15 min and 100% in 36 min of charge. It also features the under-display fingerprint scanner.

How To Check For Software Update On Oppo Reno4 Pro
Well, OEMs always roll out the latest software updates via OTA in batches. Meaning that it will not always arrive for all the users in time. If you have not yet received the notification of a new update even if the update has gone live, then you can follow the steps below, to manually check for the update on your Reno4 Pro:

- Head over to Settings.
- Tap on System Updates.
- Let it check for a new system update.
- If a new notification for the update is available, then tap on it to upgrade your device.
Manually Flash The Firmware Update Package
There are two options via which you can manually upgrade your Oppo Reno4 Pro if you have the firmware package file. We will give you the download links to all the firmware, provided that they are available. You can follow the steps below, but make sure to keep a backup of the data on your phone and keep your phone at least 50% charge.
Update Locally
- Download the firmware package file from the update tracker list given above.
- Place the file in the internal storage of your phone.
- Head over to Settings.
- Then System Updates.
- Tap the Gear icon at the top right corner.
- Select the firmware file.
- That’s it. The process will now begin and once your device boots up, you will be updated.
Update Via Recovery
- Head over to the official website of Oppo.
- Then select your country or region.
- Click on Support»Software Updates.
- Download and place the firmware file on the internal storage.
- Turn OFF your phone.
- Press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons, until your phone enters Recovery Mode.
- Once in the Recovery Mode, select Install from storage device»From phone storage.
- Locate the firmware and tap Yes.
- The update will begin.
