Method 1: Restart Hue Bridge

To Restart the Hue bridge:

Step 1: Unplug the power cord and wait for 30 seconds

Step 2: Wait for a few minutes for the bridge to start up

Method 2: Restart your Router

Since the Hue app needs a working internet connection to work, maybe the problem is with your internet connection. Restarting your wi-fi router might fix the problem. Also please check if your internet is working or not.
